Staying at Julie's place was EXTRAORDINARY! Not only did she provide thorough information in a well organized list of how everything in the house operated or where items could be found, she left us a large and delightful array of welcoming snacks and bowls of candy, along with a well stocked kitchen filled with plenty of dishes/appliances/spices, and any thing else anyone would ever need. Her place feels like HOME. The river view is beautiful and serene, day and night, the location is excellent, the beds were are incredibly comfortable, and the house is immaculate with great attention to detail, through and through. My cousin and I stayed for a significant family reunion and it was perfect in EVERY way! Julie is warm, open, available and responsive to any question or need. I highly recommend her place and will stay there again and again if given the opportunity. Our time there was peaceful and nurturing, and 100 percent unforgettable in the very BEST of ways! Perfection.

This place was incredible! Beautiful waterfront views from your window, a personal dock on the water with massive cargo ships only 50 feet away as they pass on the river, and an even better home! The place was immaculately clean and pristine, very open concept and incredible high cathedral ceilings with lots of natural light. Julie was a perfect host and was super responsive within 5 mins or less, sometimes instantly. She made it easy since the very beginning with check in, to anything I needed she was there. She even approved a special request from me that was a massive help and made me feel like I was at home the entire stay. I’ll definitely be back. Would recommend this spot to anyone! 5/5 stars!
