Modern spacious bach with contemporary styling and comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen and lovely big dining table for eating and games playing. Two outdoor areas for eating/sitting at different times of the day as well and a pretty garden. Situated in a gated park with lovely planting and walkways towards the beach. We enjoyed the table tennis table in the garage and use of the communal tennis court. Adjacent to very pleasant walks through the bush to Whale Bay and around the headland back to Matapouri Bay. The walk to the beach is a good 7-10 minutes but it's a flat and quiet route. None of these properties are fenced so maybe wouldn't be a great choice with a toddler but for us with older children, it was perfect for our family weekend away.

Can not recommend Tim’s place more had everything you could want. Was very clean and well presented. Can not recommend more highly

great place which suited us with two families with young toddlers. good layout meant the two families sleeping arrangements didn't conflict at all. great open living area. location is great and Central to all the places we wanted to visit around tutukaka coastline

Just a perfect place for a family get away. Spacious and very well appointed house. Easy walk to beaches and local shop ( great coffee) Kirsty is great and full of helpful info, and was a great help during our stay. Even lending a fan during the heatwave so we could get sleep. Recommend the house and area to all thT want an amazing experience.

We had a great stay. Lovely spacious place. Lots of walking tracks close by. Nice private outdoor areas. Clean bathrooms. Comfy beds.
