Access the beach with a 1min walk down a private track made from oak railroad sleepers. On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms (2 x king beds) with open plan lounge, kitchen and butlers pantry (washer, dryer, thermomix, coffee machine), large deck with table seating perfect for outside dining, BBQ area with herb garden, bathroom (toilet and shower), as well as an outdoor shower with incredible views of the ocean. On the ground floor, we have a large deck that is perfect for sun lounging and 2 bedrooms (super king + bunk) as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). The rooms downstairs are compact, though well appointed, with french doors that fold back onto the deck and stunning views of the sea. Feel free to also use our herb garden, vege garden and the 17 fruit trees. We trust our guests to use these resources mindfully. Due to our elevation, we have built our own private walk-way to the beach which takes less than 1 minute. The initial steps are concrete which then transition to oak sleepers. When you reach the very bottom, you need to cross a small stream - so take off your jandals and wade across. It is less than 5 metres wide and normally knee deep though will fluctuate depending on the tide (but is always cross-able). Please note, whilst this property has been renovated to a high standard, we have purposefully not fitted out our bach with a TV, dish-washer or air-conditioning. Wireless is provided by Starlink.
