Was a great place to stay, which accommodated the needs for our family and was close to Mayo Clinic. The place was clean and definitely bigger than what I expected. There was a nice dining area that was big enough for the family. The bathrooms were great, showers had great water pressure. The neighborhood was quiet, and the parking area was big enough to park 4-5 cars. Would definitely stay again if my family needs to come up to Rochester again.

The property owner was a great host, responded promptly. He answered all the questions that I had at his property. I let him know when we departed from his property and responded to me promptly. The property was clean, very good neighborhood, accessibility to restaurants, grocery stores, fuel stops, and Mayo Clinic distance was minimal. Clean home and supplied like a hotel room. My family enjoyed the house, with my whole family involved with a kidney transplant. My son was the donor, and my daughter was the recipient for the kidney transplant. Thank you for the experience at Rochester at this property, I would recommend this property to anyone that needs a place for a family to stay together and have a positive experience.

This property is great and worked out perfectly for our stay. Great location with all amenities. Love the back yard. Very peaceful with gorgeous trees. Communication was great and host was wonderful to work with. We will be back.
