Clean. Comfortable bed. Location is great. Tran is a very responsive and friendly host. Parking (for extra fee) is tight but doable. Metro is close, consider going carless. We used Metro, Uber and car. However, I would consider just using Uber and Metro. The biggest downside are the stairs. There are about 25 stairs. If stairs are a problem for you, you need to go elsewhere. Upstairs noise travels through the floor, but our neighbors were considerate. There is a great Thai restaurant about a block away with a great happy hour 4:30-9.

Tran politely touched base with us to ensure we had everything we needed ... really appreciated that! Great location we were literally steps away from the capital and great local neighborhood shops and restaurants... will be staying again for sure when in the area.

This studio was perfect for our family! It was clean, good sized with a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for cooking. It is close to the Metro, grocery stores, Starbucks, and very easy to get to local sightseeing. Tran is super responsive and takes time to chat with you in person to tell you how to get around and make sure you have everything you need. You can tell she takes great pride in her property and the little touches make you feel right at home. We will definitely be back to stay with Tran the next time we are in DC!

It’s a nice place to stay very close to the capitol! The host put special attention on showing how to use every device inside the studio which make the stay comfortable
