We had an amazing long term stay at Brian’s! We loved the convenient location that made it easy to get around and explore (walkable to pearl and parking spot included). We both work remotely, so having multiple dedicated workspaces/desks and reliable wifi was huge for us. Brian was really responsive when issues came up or when we had questions. As noted in the listing, while there’s a washer/dryer in unit the dryer doesn’t work so we had to use the shared/paid dryer down the hall. Not a huge deal, but just something to be aware of. The views from the balcony are incredible, but can be noisy from street traffic so we didn’t spend a ton of time out there. Overall, great stay and would highly recommend!

I had a couple of glitches the first few days I was there. Brian always responded quickly and solved the problem! The condo is close to many activities.

I stayed with my family in the apartment for a month and we had a very good time! The apartment has very nice rooms, equipped with all the basics that one will need, nicely decorated and in a great location. Brian and Clara were very good hosts, we had an excellent communication and they were always very helpful. Overall, a very good experience in a highly recommended Airbnb apartment! Thank you, Brian and Clara!

Brian and Clara were amazing hosts and were responsive during my entire stay. The location is perfect with countless hiking trails less than 10 minutes from the condo and Pearl Street shops/restaurants a short walk away. We worked from the condo during our entire stay and had no issues. The only issue we had was with our mail which was mistakenly put into their locked mailbox by accident. Clara showed up the next day with the key and even brought our packages up to the condo. Overall great hosts and great condo!
