This is our 2nd year staying at Zoe's place. it's perfect for us to meet up as a family as we are based across the UK. What you get for the price is just amazing. It's a beautiful big space that means even as a large group everyone has their own private space if needed. The entertainment room at the back of the houses is perfect to have a great night with friends and family. Zoe and Cath are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much of a bother. The food and amenities supplied is like nothing I have experienced in any other air BnB I've lived in. There is lots for breakfast to suit everyone from cereal, yoghurt to an English breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough, as a family we love it. From what was a convenient place to celebrate a birthday, has become our yearly meet up. Look forward to returning next year 😊

The perfect venue to gather our extended family together for our Daughter's wedding. All needs catered, very well appointed, with the bonus of a games room to bring out the competitive nature of our nephews.

Great venue. the communal space was great for the group. Zoe and Cath (housekeeper) were extremely prompt. Zoe even came and fitted the darts board up at the request of one of the guests. Lots of food provided for breakfast - we didn't finish it all. Sunday roast at the nearby pub was great too

What an amazing place! This was perfect for us and the facilities were amazing. Spot on for big groups and loads of space for socialising. Will definitely be returning, thank you Zoe for the wonderful stay xx ☺️

Fantastic stay! We had a blast. The house is large, games room exceptional. Bedrooms perfect all having tea and coffee facilities and very clean. Kitchens had all the equipment we needed. Garden area was immaculate, sun trap. Zoe and Cath always on hand if you needed anything. Pollington a lovely little village with a great friendly pub. Plenty of free car parking. Ice making machine in the fridge. This house has so much and more. I really can't fault it!!! Thank you so much, we would love to return.
