Good communications with very easy check-in. Had a good space for parking my car and the accommodation was very good value. If I'm coming back to the area I'll most definitely stay here again as nothing was difficult about the stay. Exactly what I needed for the trip

What a great place! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable six-night stay. The studio is ingeniously laid out and equipped with everything we might possibly need. Comfortable bed and clean, very usable kitchenette. The starter basket of necessities and treats was generous and we appreciated it. Location near the A140 made it quick and easy for us to explore lots of Norfolk and Suffolk. Overall, it couldn't be beat, and we were sorry to go!

Great place to stay for visiting relatives. Paula is warm and welcoming and The Garden Studio was the perfect place.

This is such a nice place. We could tell that Paula had put a lot of care and love into making this such a comfortable and welcoming place. Here you will have everything you need and plenty of space. If you need to be in this area, then stay here. I thoroughly recommend this Garden Studio. Thanks for a wonderful little holiday.

The Garden Studio is a garage conversion at the side of the main house. You have a private entrance to the property, and the owner created some private outside space to enjoy should you need it. Inside the property is immaculate with a comfortable double bed, spacious bathroom with shower, a kitchen/dining area, and a comfortable settee to relax. There is a TV and a smart speaker along with plenty of books and board games should you need it. The owner is friendly and proactive, with nothing being too much trouble. You are provided with plenty of tea and coffee, and the owner left me with a welcome gift, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The property is located on the outskirts of a peaceful town, which has plenty of amenities but is also pretty close to access the coast and major towns of the area. Overall, it is a super property, which I highly recommend for a short break in the area
