Rose Cottage was really homely and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery. We picked the coldest week in April for our 3 night break 🙈 but the cottage was lovely & warm & cosy. I usually pick a dog free Airbnb so was slightly dubious about smells and pet hair but needn’t have worried, as it was immaculate and no smells whatsoever. We slept in the downstairs single beds and they were lovely and comfy, also very handy to have a downstairs bathroom 😁 Thanks for the fresh eggs Linda. Would defo stay again.

We had a great weekend at Rose Cottage! We were greeted by Chris who showed us where everything was and had even provided free eggs courtesy of their hens and a small gift for my birthday. Linda and Chris really went above and beyond to set everything up and consider their guests. Our little pup was also very well taken care of as there is a small secure woodland and dog field to have off lead exercise and they had even included some instructions for local walks in the area. We really wanted a restful weekend break and we got exactly that! The Cottage was clean and well furnished and we had absolutely everything we needed. I would recommend Rose Cottage to friends and family and would definitely want to visit again.

Rose Cottage was such the right choice to stay and celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday . Linda gave us fantastic directions and met us when we arrived . The cottage is gorgeous , everything you need is there . We even managed to sit in the sun lounges in April . The beds are very comfy with lovely linen . Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the very nice touch of having fresh eggs left for us from Linda’s hens . The walks were lovely and topped off by the totally enclosed field for dogs . Which you can book out FOC in the diary app . This was a gods send for our spaniel Marley . The half moon pub nearby was lovely for an evening meal if you didn’t want to cook . Such a peaceful area . We are already planning to return next year

Our 3rd time here,the cottage is beautiful,very clean and cosy with amazing countryside views and walks,we will return,love it there,thank you linda.

We had a lovely couple of days at Rose Cottage. Everything was just as described and Linda was very responsive and helpful. It is a lovely comfortable cottage with all you need for your time away. It's cosy, homely and warm and in peaceful surroundings. An enclosed garden which was great for our dog plus access to an enclosed field and wooded area. Would love to come back when it's a bit warmer to make greater use of the outside space. Would definitely recommend it as a great base for exploring the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
