Our apartment is right on the beach, has nice views of the Gulf of Mexico, sunsets and beach from our private 2nd floor balcony, heated pool, gym, tennis courts, covered parking spot, gated community with front desk workers, WiFi, cable, movie channels, 2 full baths, generous walk in closets in both of the 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, gas grill, French door fridge, washing machine/dryer & more! 1075 Sq foot condo with pool, Gym, tennis courts, private beach access for residents only, laundry, bocce, pickleball courts, bbq, private balcony with views of the ocean and beach, easy access to unit as the garage spot is on the same floor and there are 3 elevators

Beautiful spot in the north of Marco. Close to the water and to Tigertail Inlet park. Very accessible location - easy to get around. Great food nearby. Great walking on the beach. Bedrooms very nice sized and equipped - lots of towels, including beach towels (something you don't always get). Living room is cozy and porch/veranda can sit 4 for the sunsets very nicely. Kitchen was smaller that expected and needs an upgrade soon, however it was exceptionally well stocked with utensils, equipment, and vessels - better than most other apartment rentals on Marco. Beach is a short walk but not immediate so be prepared if you have small children. Building had some hurricane- related reconstruction going on at the time. And the pool hadn't yet been restored - although it is planned to be full functional in 1st week of Jan. Brian is very responsive to any questions and needs. Overall a very good stay!!
The apartment is right on the water and you can watch the sun set from the balcony. The apartment is homely and clearly loved. I felt very comfortable there. Brian was very communicative and offered for me to use the wagon and chairs in his locker for the beach. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it!

The condo is located right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants, fun activities such as JetSki’s, boat rentals, great bars - some right on the beach, shopping, golf and natural preserves.
Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands and is the gateway to the Everglades. It is connected to the mainland by two bridges, the Judge S.S. Jolley to the north and the Goodland Bridge to the south. There are 100 miles of man-made waterfront canals on Marco and the majority of the home sites are on water. The boating in this area is unsurpassed. Back water or offshore, and there are many fun places to cruise to and the fishing is great too.
The beaches are spectacular with 3 ½ miles of crescent shaped beach and beaches you can access by boat on some of the other 10,000 Islands. There are three main access points to Marco's crystal beaches. Golfing is another great pastime and there are several quality courses in the area. Marco Island is just 16 miles south of Naples, about 45 minutes south of Southwest Florida's International Airport and 98 miles due west of Miami.
Marco Island is the southernmost point on the Gulf of Mexico so it gets the best weather possible and we get very favorable breezes in the summer and less rain than the mainland in the rainy season.
PLACES TO VISIT
Brigg's Nature Center - You can view a variety of wildlife at the center, including over 100 species of birds. Located about nine miles north of Marco.
Collier-Seminole Park - Here you can camp or just bring your family to hike the many nature and wilderness trails. Along the way you will see many tropical trees, plants and orchids.
Big Cypress National Preserve - The Preserve has over 700,000 acres. The canoeing is great here and they have trails for hiking also..
Everglades National Park - The park offers numerous hiking trails and here you will see some of the rare wildlife I described. You will have the opportunity to see alligators, turtles, manatees, snakes, deer, cougar and other wildlife, not to mention the exotic plants.
The unit comes with a parking spot which is easily accessible to the unit - no stairs and the door from the garage opens right to the floor
