Very convenient location, clean, big and comfortable room, helpful and nice staff, and wonderful hostess. Stored our luggage so we could do a bike ride on checkout day. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location downtown and close to the train station. Terri was great to work with and she responded quickly to all my question. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the comfy feel of this historic hotel. So glad we choose this place for our Anchorage stay. Would highly recommend.

This is a quaint and friendly hotel right in the center of town. Being small, it is not like staying at a large chain hotel. It is also over 100 years old, so I was a bit worried about noise. However it was extremely quiet even though it was at 100% occupancy. The rooms are small, and be aware there is no air-conditioning. This is usually not a problem in Anchorage. We will return again, as there is something about small and local that made this experience extra special.
