Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

I can’t say enough amazing things about the crab house! Cozy, inviting, peaceful. Indoor/outdoor living, well stocked with thoughtful surprises of kids toys/activities. Gorgeous view, walk to town with enough to do while being laid back. They should brag more about the organized and well stocked water activities. Will come back

Jocelyn was a great host. She catered to all our needs and was very attentive. The home and mini games which made it even more fun. The scenery is beautiful. I would recommend this home again.

Our stay at the Crab House definitely exceeded our expectations! The staff were so welcoming with decorations, snacks, games and drinks. Even though we were a last minute booking, Jocelyn and Kenny went out of their way to create a fun, unique, and special experience for us! They were super responsive, flexible, and helpful to any needs that arose. The house itself was cozy and had gorgeous water views on three sides. The beds were super comfy and the space was perfect for our group. There were so many modern touches despite it being built in the 1800s (like incredible surround sound in all the spaces, easily controlled by the provided iPad which allowed you to adjust the volume of tv/music in each room separately!) We also loved the hot tub and the waterview from there! (If you’re lucky like us, Killian the Compound dog may pay you a visit too!) We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the water activities and outdoor amenities!

One word. AMAZING. Booked all 3 houses & had a bachelorette! Also bought a massage and fully inclusive food package. The house was a full gem in itself. At night the girls & I enjoyed cocktails in the hot tub under the stars. The place had a full bar inside. We spent all night playing bartender. Everything is so modern & so clean. State of the art everything. No detail was left out at this place!! Not one! The master bedroom has a couple of windows where you can see the water right from the room. Breath taking views. So close to the water you’d practically think you were on a boat. Would be the perfect spot for a Jack & Jill style Bach party! Sense there are 3 houses. & you could do a couples massage! Men could take one house & the ladies one of the other & mix the third for coed ;) This was the bachelorette of my best friends DREAMS! There are games/activities unlike anything you’ve ever seen. For both adults & kids!! So also a great place for families!!! Will be booking again. Not to mention the host! Any questions answered within minutes with the best of the best ideas of places to visit while there.
