Such a great stay!! Nick’s place was perfect for the weekend and a great value. We loved all the amenities, especially the nice extras for our dog and so many extra cooking supplies. Nick was was easy and quick with communication. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again!!

Loved our weekend trip here! We used it as a place to stay with our dogs, while also being close to the King Richard's Faire. The house was clean, quiet, and we loved the fenced backyard for our dogs. We ended up walking our dogs to one of the recommended areas where they had a blast. Would absolutely stay here again, and are definitely considering it for next summer to be close to the Cape. Thanks for a great stay!

Nick’s place was perfect for us. We were able to go to several places, during our two night stay, without any problems. The cottage was clean, roomy and cozy. I highly recommend it.

We had a charity event in Bourne and stayed 2 nights at Nick's place. It was the perfect "homebase" to get work done but also relax and have fun after a big event. Nick was VERY accommodating to our group. I truly wish all Airbnbs were as flexible with their dog and cleaning policies! The location is the perfect gateway to the Cape. We found the friendliest brewery nearby - Lucky Goat - and lots of food options. I would happily return for business travel or a personal getaway!
