Disappointed to have zero essentials (no hand soap, no laundry powder, no instant tea or coffee)… these things were mentioned in previous reviews and McGrath had stated that they were going to start supplying them. It’s not practical to have to buy all that stuff for a 3 night stay in a rural town and added an extra stress and supermarket trip to our visit. Some face washers would also have been nice. Other than that, some slight road noise which is to be expected so close to a train station but that didn’t bother us, super convenient location, comfortable space and we’d definitely stay again if basic amenities would be provided.

Location was ok, on a train line so rather noisey. Also the noise omitting from the shower into the adjoining bedroom is rather loud. Not suitable if sharing the apartment and one is either getting home late or leaving early and using the bathroom whilst the other is still asleep. Still no hand soap or bathroom amenties in place as mentioned would be in previous feedback posts. Also no tea or coffee which would have been nice. Lounge was rather uncomfortable and not suitable for sitting in for long periods of time or trying to relax. It was clean and as pictured

Simple check in process, comfortable and warm, walking distance to everything. Private unit was well equipped with everything needed.

Great location, generous sized apartment in good condition. Clean, with good heating and a private garage. Note that no tea, coffee, hairdryer, shampoo etc are provided though, so BYO.
