Located in Toccoa, Georgia this tiny and cozy cottage is nestled in the woods with nearby hiking trails, hunting, wineries, festivals, waterfalls, and state parks. Nestled in 5 acres of woods sits a 1950’s fully renovated 600 square foot cottage in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the small town of Toccoa, Georgia. The breathtaking views of the pines, cedar, and maple trees take your breath away. You can enjoy all the comforts of home including two bedrooms, one bath, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fire pit, and outdoor fresh air to relax the mind and soul.

We booked this cabin while attending a weekend wedding. Rose allowed us to arrive a bit early which was great after a long drive. The space was very tidy and as described. It is rustic and out in the woods, they have done a nice job making the best use of the small space. Bathroom is small but for 2 nights was fine. Had a small issue but rose was quick to resolve it. Would recommend! Winery nearby was a nice excursion.

Very private. The location is perfect for us. Cute little place. Nice and tidy. Everything you need is there. Nice firepit and lighting outside.

Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors keep to themselves to provide ultimate privacy. Some dogs bark in the evenings and some friendly chickens roam around the front street. Feel free to light the outdoor lights at night.
Driving to your destinations will be the primary way to get around. Feel free to take walks around our road Benttree Circle.

The Rustic Cottage has been passed down from generation to generation. Our family loves coming to Georgia to visit Helen, hike, visit wineries, and enjoy the fall foliage. Join us in this special place where the air is fresh and the view of the trees is spiritual. I am retired from Disney after 24 years of working in hotels so I’m looking forward to sharing Southern hospitality with you.
