We could not have been happier! The apartment is spacious, quiet and homey, with a big garage and a patio. Our host provided everything a guest could want like cleaning and paper products, lots of towels, sheets, bathrobes, laundry and dishwasher detergent. His taste and sensitivity to a person's needs in everything was more than we have seen in other houses in Reno. Any requests were immediately attended to, e.g. installing grab bars in the showers. The AC worked perfectly - not the case last summer at another place. And still, our host this year offered to set up an additional AC unit, if needed, which wasn't even the case. He welcomed our dog without worrying. The kitchen was large and very well stocked with quality utensils, pots and pans, herbs and spices . Out of all the Airbnb hosts we've interacted with in Reno this man is unique and cares about his clients. We were so happy in David's apartment that we asked to rent it again. If only all Airbnb hosts were like David.

David was an amazing host. My family stayed in the unit for almost 2 months before their move to NYC. Everything was as described and the girls loved the hot tub! Clean unit, great location, responsive host! Definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future! Thank you for everything David, we appreciate you!

Great host, very responsible and accommodating. Amenities are thoughtful and accomodated our needs. Lovely, walkable neighborhood and an overall nice stay.
