Nice apartment with a lot of space in a great location! Very walkable to other parts of downtown Newport and restaurants/attractions.

Wow! Tyler’s place was even better than expected. There were 4 of us (all girls) and we never felt cramped. Plenty of room to space out, beautiful kitchen, cute and quaint living room. The parking spaces that came with the place were a huge plus, we were able to leave the cars and walk to everything around. Would highly recommend and would probably try to stay again!

Had a lovely stay here. Apartment was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you could need including a new washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and clean. I met Tyler as I was coming in. He was communicative and nice. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and everyone is very friendly. It is an older building so the walls are very thin and the floor is quite slanted, but I think that’s common for older places in Newport. Bring a white noise machine for the kids and earplugs for yourself if you’re a light sleeper.

We had the BEST stay! The pasta beach guest house surpassed our already high expectations. Tyler was super responsive and flexible. This air bnb is in a prime location in Newport, very walkable to everything. All around 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is hard to beat-walkable to everything. Dinner downstairs at Pasta Beach was excellent. The beds were super comfortable and the decor is very charming.
