Julie is a wonderful host and we felt right at home in this cozy and welcoming WV cabin. Great views, tons of wood and a warm, wood burning stove, super quiet and dark, not too far from Wardensville (great food at Mack's Bingo Kitchen and fun shopping at Lost River Trading Post and Garden Market) and Romney, and lots of trails between 30 mins and 1 hour away. We had fun walking around in the snow, exploring the area, relaxing in the warm cabin, watching movies, and cooking big breakfasts. We were glad we brought a lot of food as it is pretty remote, and we definitely needed 4 wheel drive to get up and down the snowy, dirt road between the highway and the house. Highly recommend, especially for those traveling with dogs and families, we loved our stay at Margaret's Meadow!

Beautiful cabin with an incredible view. The place was clean and we loved the personal touches throughout the space. We were close enough to groceries and other basic needs but far enough to have great scenery. Open the double doors!

Julie's place was great, it suited all of our needs. She even provided us with events that were going on in the area. Our stay was great!!

Beautiful spot! Quiet and peaceful. We stayed for a month with our dog and we all loved it.
