This is my second visit to Anderson Acres, and I can't convey enough how much I adore this place. The host is exceptionally professional, responsive to inquiries, and incredibly accommodating. The photos don't do justice to the sheer size and beauty of the property. It's fully equipped with all amenities you could desire, including entertainment options like television, an arcade, board games, and a hot tub. It truly feels like a home away from home. I'm eagerly anticipating my next stay.

Pros: Host is very nice, answers all questions right away, clear instructions. House is big and beautiful, nice view, well equipped kitchen with different beautiful china and glasses. 15 min away from ski resort. House is warm. Plenty of board games that will make your evening nice and funny. Cons: Strong odor downstairs of dog or other pet. I had allergic reaction on it. We found dog bone under the couch. Bed upstair is very unstable, shakes every time when you need to change position. Mattresses downstairs are broken. We had to use dumbbells underneath to make it somehow flat. Hard to sleep on a bed like this when you rolling in a center on the bed. Very very uncomfortable. Hot-tub water was dirty, with sort of yellow screen on a top. Area around pool was nasty with dog poop around.

The house is clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Our group of 11 from 3 families never felt lack of space. The bedrooms are huge and comes with bathrooms, so no need to fight for bathrooms. Overall we greatly recommend this house especially for big groups.

We had a great family reunion here. The house was so spacious with an awesome game room downstairs, and everyone could have their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to cook with the group hanging out. There is a grocery store and some restaurants just a few minutes away. Plus, the town of Homer is very cute! (Although you don’t really need to leave the house) we all had a great time and would highly recommend for a group getaway!

Very spacious house with gorgeous pool and table tennis table. Better equiped than most houses we stayed in, almost too much! Perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children (4,3,2,1). Calli warned us the house was not really child friendly, but we were comfortable and had no issue at all. We highly recommend this place.
