Nestled amidst the breathtaking hills, 'Owls Roost Retreat' is an absolute gem of an Airbnb stay that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were in love. The indoor kitchen was a culinary haven, equipped with every gadget and tool imaginable and the outdoor kitchen, a dream come true for larger groups like ours (7). With a spacious table that could accommodate the whole gang. Speaking of views, 'Owls Roost Retreat' is a paradise for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. The sun rises right over the hills and several of us made sure to wake up early the second morning to watch. We left feeling rejuvenated and connected to the natural world. Throughout our stay, host Luis was an absolute delight. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. If you are thinking of booking 'Owls Roost Retreat' do yourself a favor and do it!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, inviting, and with wonderful views and ambiance. Unfortunately, the hot tub had issues for most of our time there; however, Luis stayed very helpful and communicative, so we knew exactly the state of the plans to repair it at all times. We look forward to considering this unit for future stays!

Beautiful house and property. Private but close to stores and restaurants. Luis was a great host and was very responsive when we had questions. Property had the best of both worlds a view but also a creek for the kids to play in. Loved taking hikes around the property and the marked trails were a great addition. Driveway is steep in some places but manageable even without 4WD. Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! Thank you Luis!

Pure weekend perfection at the Owls Roost! From the cabin, to the creek, the mountain view, cozy porches, hot tub & hiking trails…every aspect was enjoyable & completely relaxing. There is so much to see and do without even leaving the property. Luis was very accommodating throughout our entire stay. He welcomed us with a special tour of the property & he went out of his way to make sure we were happy & comfortable during our stay! Lots of memories were made at the Owls Roost & we can’t wait to visit again!

This deserves more than 5 stars! In the words of everyone in our seven-passenger SUV as we first approached the entrance, “wow, just wow.” This property is everything one could hope for when renting a cabin in the woods. Being immersed in a 67 acre private land with its own creek while still being only minutes away from local coffee shops and major retailers, really made this the new place that our family plans to stay at every year. On top of this amazing property, is an even more amazing host that truly cares about his guests. Thank you Luis for all of your help during this trip, we can't wait to book with you again soon!
