Our Easter holiday weekend was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a picturesque location, this charming home was perfectly situated, offering easy access to the town center, beach, & scenic hiking & biking trails. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a cozy atmosphere & a well-equipped home that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fresh bed linens & pillows added a touch of luxury, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of travel. What truly stood out was the exceptional responsiveness of the owner. Despite encountering a minor issue with one of the toilets upon our arrival, the owner promptly addressed the issue without delay. Within hours, a plumber was on-site to fix the problem, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation.Throughout our stay, the owner's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort were truly commendable. As a family, we had a wonderful time soaking in the beauty of Chatham and creating cherished memories together. Thank you.

Brendan‘s place ist really very spacious, super clean, very comfortable beds and dog friendly. The neighborhood is walkable and just lovely. 7 minutes to Main Street Chatham. We had a wonderful time over New year’s and Brendan was extremely accommodating and responsive in communication. We definitely will return again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious and clean. Beautiful neighborhood and very quiet. Located within 45 driving minutes of beaches ranging from Dennis to Truro. Obviously beaches in Chatham, Harwich, etc. are much closer. Plenty of room. Having three king size beds, even though we didn’t use all of them, is really nice. Brendan was always very responsive, responding usually within an hour. He even contacted us about a possible power outage in the area and offered to have a generator setup. There was no outage for us but it was nice to have him checking on us. Highly recommend, especially if you have a large group and need the space.
