We had a very comfortable stay at Kathryn's. Easy check-in, good location, and great communication. We particularly enjoyed the large, cozy living room with Netflix included as well as the very functional kitchen/dining area. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated and functional (loved the shower and soaps included). It almost felt like we were in a home, not an apartment. I've shared some minor improvement suggestions with the host - like better draining sinks and more comfortable pillows - but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Also worth noting that as a guest you are expected to strip the sheets off the beds and take the trash out yourself before checking out.

We had a very good stay overall, and Kathryn was responsive to questions. I had specifically searched for a home with a fireplace for our winter getaway, and was very disappointed to learn when we arrived that the fireplace in the photos did not work.
