Robert (Bob) was a great host. Very responsive and communicative. The property is peaceful and what price can you put on sitting outdoors and enjoying that perfect view first thing in the morning or at sunset? The interior is perhaps not as modern as some other places that we have stayed, but that also only adds to the complete charm of the home. You won't be disappointed if you book with Bob.

Bob’s place is ideal for a relaxing Cape vacation! The views were unmatched and the house was cozy and comfortable. My family felt right at home and enjoyed our week long stay. There is plenty to do in the area and closely located to Chatham’s downtown. We didn’t want to leave!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this magical Chatham property. The environment is private with a lovely view. The outside deck is large, perfect to play game and enjoy meals. We took our coffee to the Adirondack chairs each morning to enjoy the view of the water, boats and cormorants. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars (we had 2). The upstairs has picturesque views of the water and is cozy to enjoy watching TV with the family. I appreciated the ease of simple systems (entry access, air conditioning, dishwasher, stove). Robert is a wonderful communicator and is highly responsive. There are plenty of dishes, plates and wonderful large mugs.
