We really enjoyed our stay at Heather Cottage. Carolyn was a responsive and helpful host and the cottage was clean and very comfortable. Bakewell has everything you need within walking distance and there are some lovely walks from the cottage without the need to get in the car.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Heather cottage is within easy walking distance to town, with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. I can recommend this beautiful cottage to other guests.

Great location, very well presented property and very clean. Great collection of pots and pans etc and would recommend property to others!

Heather cottage is a quaint and cosy place to stay. The location makes it perfect for walking into Bakewell and having two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms really is a bonus if staying with friends. The bed linens and towels are beautiful and it was plenty big enough for four adults. It is worth noting that the cottage is on a fairly busy and noisy road and that there is only a parking permit for one car outside the cottage. That said we really enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed cottage and very comfortable beds. Bakewell is a pretty town but very popular and the road noise was a bit louder than I expected. But all ok with windows closed. Carolyn is a thoughtful host.
