Great location and apartment very nicely finished

This was our first trip to the Peak District and this apartment helped make it a wonderful short break! It was just as described, absolutely spotless and so cosy whilst also having so much space! The surrounding area is beautiful, if a little remote, and we enjoyed walking alongside the river by the building. It also made a great base for exploring different places. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in apart from my own, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed to cook after longs days out exploring. Max was really helpful with local recommendations and always responsive if I had a question. The only downside is that we didn’t book for longer! We will definitely be back to do everything we didn’t have time for on this trip and would happily stay here again.

a super place to stay and get away from it all. Lovely walks from the doorstep, clean and comfortable accommodation and a responsive host. Excellent.

Our stay at Max’s property was amazing. The place is better than the photos and we felt straight at home. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet and peaceful and we had no noise from neighbours at all. I would also add the bed and sheets in the master bedroom make the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had in a rental. Really can’t fault the property, the only upset was that we didn’t book it for longer!
