First time using an Airbnb and my family and I loved this location. We felt right at home. Super clean, loved the privacy, loved the lake right in the backyard. Very relaxing and my kids absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend.

My son and I decided to go fishing and discovered this location through an app. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and encountered no problems. Despite negative reviews about the stucco being outdated, we personally found it well-maintained and modern. The amenities included a fridge for groceries, spices, pots and pans for cooking, washer, dryer, and a firepit by the lake. There was also a spacious patio with furniture and a gas grill, along with a charcoal grill near the fire pit. Fishing off the floating dock was our main activity, with varying water levels suitable for waders. Communication with the owner was quick, and the Internet connection was reliable with a Roku TV provided. Our dining experience at Fred’s Fish House was excellent, the mom-and-pop restaurant was about 3 miles away. Walmart was also about 3 miles. Overall, the trip was enjoyable and budget-friendly. The host, Kobe, was accommodating, making it a great choice for our fishing getaway. We will be back.

We loved this beautiful spot on the river. We came to stay the night before a day of fishing, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was clean and as described, and Kobe was very helpful, sent great instructions, and responded quickly to questions. We were even able to fish off of the back dock and caught a handful of trout. Will absolutely be coming back!

Had a great time. This place was being renovated. So he had another place for us to stay close by. Always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will be back.

The house was close to stores, restaurants, and the state park. It is right next to the Spring River and the house was so charming. Kobe was a great host and super responsive. We will definitely book again!
