Lovely stay! The area is quiet and friendly, the house was cozy, well kept and well equipped and Ellen was a great host, making sure we knew what we needed to know and super lovely. Thanks for having us!

What's not to love about this property. From the beautiful surroundings to the personal touches left by the host, Ellen, this place has it all - spacious, clean and within walking distance to the beach. Ellen is a very responsive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ball Bay. Definitely a little piece of paradise.

This place is far better than you can see. It truely will help you relax on your holiday and the beach is only a short 4minute or so walk. This is a very small area and best to bring your own groceries, otherwise Seaforth is not too far away for takeaway. Would recommend, seriously 5 stars for this place!

nice and clean, spacious, verandah area was fantastic for family, Ellen was an amazing host, very responsive to any contact, overall house was very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed plus more, very quiet location. perfect for a relaxing getaway..
