Organic tea & coffee available. Make yourself at home! The property has a laid back tropical beach vibe with some modern and rustic touches. The property has a combination of raked ceilings with exposed beams and traditional flat ceilings, The bathroom on the ground floor will be for your exclusive use, it has a WC, shower, and a small corner vanity with sink. The bedroom is on the ground floor, it is small but has a built-in wardrobe, a queen bed and air-conditioning. The bed is a Peacelily made using 100% natural latex and 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and wadding. The lounge area has a 7 seat corner leather lounge (end seats recline), a 65" TV and a great sound system. The timbers used to finish this extension both inside and out are all recycled timbers salvaged from the local demolition yard. Most of the furniture has either been made by the home owner or made from reclaimed timbers i.e. desk, wine barrel were made from recycled boat timbers. The kitchen is a galley kitchen. For your catering requirements there are plenty of gastronorm trays in 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and full size (these are best used in the smoker). There is also a cold press juicer, a food processor, coffee machine, stick blender and other kitchen appliances. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses. There is a desk space provided, also a yoga mat, roller, and a mix of weights (nothing too heavy). The laundry has a modern Haier washing machine and separate dryer (the dryer is an energy efficient heat pump dryer - a form of condenser dryer) and an external clothesline. There is an outdoor 5 seat lounge area with a coffee table and side table.
