This 2 bedroom unit with a bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor and one queen bedroom bathroom lounge dinning room and kitchen on the ground floor is set in lovely landscaped resort with a pool and tennis courts overlooking the ocean and northern beaches of Mackay. Dolphin Heads Resort is right next door where you are welcome to enjoy fine dining and a more casual menu. Eimeo beach and Sunset Bay, Eimeo Surf Club and the Pacific Hotel are just across the creek and easily walked to on low tide The unit is modern, self contained and air conditioned with a full kitchen equiped with all cooking requirements including crockery and cutlery. The dining room has large glass doors with a beautiful view to the ocean. Relax in the large lounge which has a view to the ocean with 2 comfortable lounges, wifi, TV and board games. 1 queen bedroom bathroom and laundry are on the ground floor and 1 queen bedroom with views to the ocean and a bathroom are on the upper floor. The patio area is great for alfresco dining and has beautiful views of the gardens, pool and ocean. Towels, beach towels, organic shower lotion, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash are also included. 4 tennis rackets with balls are kept in the unit for your enjoyment. Take in the beautiful sunset with sundowners on the ocean front or relax by the pool it's all there for you.

Thanks for an amazing getaway before the Christmas chaos. The unit was clean, fully equipped, comfortable and easily accessible for my disability having a downstairs bedroom. Loved the pool and the views of the ocean. Spent time on the tennis court. The gardens and grounds were pristine. A fantastic way to leave the city behind and relax. We will definitely be back for another stay.
Teresa was very helpful with everything , unit was great having 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms upstairs & downstairs, her place was clean & well furnished with beautiful views , she added a few nice little personable touches making us feel welcome , we visited a few of the local beaches which were fantastic looking out at all the surrounding islands & ate at the local pubs , the 1 up on the hill has spectacular views & great food , thanks Teresa we had a great time .

Great place and location with stunning beach views, whale watching from the pool, tennis court, and a host of amenities. The comfy beds in the clean home added to our enjoyment. Lovely unit in a quiet area with water views near beautiful beaches. We really appreciated how spacious the apartment is having a first and second floor with bedrooms on separate levels, two bathrooms, a lounge area with high ceiling, dining area, kitchen and patios with lawn out front. The car park is very close to the front door which is always handy. Convenient restaurant and bar a few minutes walk away next door. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. Dolphin Heads is situated in a quiet suburb of the Mackay northern beaches and nestles between Blacks Beach and Eimeo Beach where the surf club is open for alfresco dining right on the ocean front. Or visit the iconic Eimeo Pacific Hotel where the view is superb looking out to the islands. You may get to see a whale passing through at the right time of year. The heads look towards the islands of the Whitsunday Passage and about 20 minutes drive from the city. Rural View shopping centre is just an 8 minute drive with Coles, Woolworths, chemist and various other shops. There is a local bus service that runs a few times a day but if your coming from the airport a taxi or Uber may be best.
Dolphin heads is 20min drive to the city centre. A local bus service is available. Blacks Beach Tavern and Northern Beaches Bowls Club has a free courtesy bus.
