this is a brilliant cottage in a perfect spot to enjoy Staithes. The cottage was spotless and really well set out with everything in great working order. We were really impressed in particular with the under floor hearting and kitchen set up. The cottage opens straight onto the harbour front which was a big draw for us. On the whole a great stay!!! we would deffo come back.

Good location and nice cottage. Lovely and warm. Lost a star because of lack of dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls. No welcome pack, such as milk, juice and wine which we’ve had at other places. Got a bit stuffy for some guests which couldn’t be relieved by opening windows. But Amanda was very prompt with communications

We had a fabulous break in Harbour View. Ideal for our family holiday. We loved being on the harbour and Staithes is a beautiful village.

Wow, beautiful place, would recommend, location is great right by the sea, really enjoyed my morning walks with the dogs, cosy, clean cottage, comfortable beds, pub, shops and cafe a stones throw away, Amanda very helpful, I will return hopefully soon. Thankyou

What a beautiful house and a fabulous location. The harbour view is spectacular, there are very few places with this view in the whole of Staithes! The house was clean and there were plenty of glasses/plates and the facilities were perfect for us. Amanda was very quick to reply and the check in and communication was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone and I will certainly be back again... Thanks so much!
