Local cafes and restaurants on St Clair Esplanade are a 10 minute walk down the hill and Dunedin City Centre, a 10 minute drive, if you can get away from the stunning ocean view This private guesthouse and balcony is completely yours to enjoy. The space at the bottom of the driveway is exclusively for guesthouse parking, although the drive can be a bit tricky to navigate! If you aren’t comfortable reversing down the drive, there is plenty of space for larger vehicles and cars with trailers to park on the street opposite the shared driveway entrance. The guesthouse is well-equipped with a new queen bed, plenty of pillows and blankets for your comfort, a cozy couch with chaise and a TV with a SmartVU dongle. This allows you to watch any free-to-air television channels and to log on to your regular streaming service remotely. The galley-style kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave and toaster but no cooktop or oven. We provide a range of teas, plunger coffee and try to have milk in the fridge for you as regularly as possible. In the wardrobe are spare blankets, an iron, hair dryer and bath robes for you to use! The separate bathroom has a spacious shower, stone-top vanity and toilet. A newly-installed heat pump/AC unit will keep the place nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. We’re sure you’ll find everything you need here for a relaxing and comfortable stay in St Clair!
