Bedroom has standard size with standard furniture, like hotel room. Family Room is big. Kitchen is small and old renovation, and has cooking basics for cooking. Very good location, be aware of the noisy.Host has quick action. One day, we locked our bedroom. Host sent security to open the door in 10 minutes, very appropriate.

Photos of front suggest a well-maintained home. That view is quickly dispelled when you pull around back and see dog poop, weeds growing onto porch and dilapidated garage. Kitchen is poorly designed with almost no counter space. Three of the four bedrooms face the front of the house and there is a LOT of road noise. House was clean (with exception of some carpet stains) but decor was grim. All walls are the most depressing shade of beige. Window treatments are sparse, roller shades only (one in front bedroom was partially torn off roller) and there is little privacy from adjoining houses once opened. Check-in instructions did not come until I messaged host. We woke to one of the fire alarms chirping at 7am, indicating battery replacement needed. I messaged host but got no reply. Called but got no response. Finally got a response to a text, approx 3 hours later. The home is owned by a college and I suspect that the host is actually an employee who has other responsibilities.

Stephanie’s house had plenty of space for our large group! We also enjoyed the location- close proximity to local restaurants and coffee shops.

Convenient location and easy to walk around down town area

This was a great place to stay - so much space (4 big bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms all with showers) - location is perfect and great if you are traveling with friends and family. Location made it very easy to walk to the water front and visit the welcome center and playgrounds, close to all the restaurants and coffee shops! We visited Monacos every day! We at one point accidentally locked one of the bedroom doors (all the bedrooms lock) - and Stephanie replied quickly and set us up with the campus security (who were super nice) who came over in less than 10 minutes to help us out. Every thing was great, and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Stephanie!!
