We loved the aspen woods townhouse. Great location - east drive to ski deer valley; super close to all that park city had to offer. The house was exactly as described. Beautiful, well appointed. The only drawback is the stairs upon arrival with all of our luggage. Other than that, we loved everything about our stay. On the first day we realized that the coffee carafe was not in the home, and Matthew had someone deliver a new coffee maker to us on Easter Sunday. :) Great host.

The condo was spacious, clean, nicely updated, conveniently located and had really nice amenities. Very convenient to DV and right on the PC bus line but also had great access to DV shuttle system. Private hot tub was great and the Bose Bluetooth speaker and charging station available for use was a nice touch of class. Newer and nice kitchen appliances and great selection of kitchen utensils. All three bathrooms were spacious and very nice w plenty of linens w extra towels for hot tub. Comfortable beds too. One item to note, garage is very tight and if you get in the garage, depending on how people are parked in the spaces behind the garage, it could be very difficult to back out. We made one attempt w Explorer we rented but decided it was too tight and parking spaces were just as convenient. We appreciate Matthew accommodating our late checkout request and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook here and probably would if we had plans set for next year.

Beautiful home in walking distance to Deer Valley ski lodge. Great living area and great hot tub.

Matthew’s place is at a great location if you’re skiing Deer Valley. 10 minute walk to the mountain, right next to a bus stop if you need it, and a 20 minute walk to restaurants and shopping.

Great place and great location for skiing at Deer Valley. House has all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay here again!
