Bob was a wonderful host and the home was clean. Being clean is very important to us. The yard and fence needed some work as a result of the hurricane. But, we made it work.

Bob was a fantastic host. A few days prior to my stay I watched as hurricane Ian ripped through Florida, unsure if the Airbnb was going to be standing. Bob reached out to me to let me know he was keeping an eye on everything. He communicated with me daily to let me know the house was ok but his fence had been destroyed. He put up a temporary fence for me so that my dogs could still run the yard as promised. The house had everything I needed to work from home for the month and Bob was always available for any questions. Despite having just gone through a hurricane the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. You can walk to the Shamrock Nature Park and the beach/dog beaches are a very short drive away. I am definitely hoping we can come back for another visit.

We've stayed in probably 15-20 AirBnb's. This one was by far the most comfortable. Bob thought of everything to make your stay easy. The house is organized perfectly. It flows. Everything is where you'd expect it to be. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
