Melissa's place was very nice and clean. The home was attractively decorated. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning and she responded immediately and solved the issue. When asking for recommendations for great restaurants in the area, she again responded immediately. Would definitely stay again, if we returned to that area.

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful rental. The home was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. The heated pool was great. Good location, close to both Caspersen Beach and Manasota Beach. Would definitely rent again.

In a peaceful quiet neighborhood with easy access to town, felt like home. Beds & couch were comfortable. Beautiful pool area, loved it!
