the place was amazing. the only thing that I would improve on is that the pantry was already full when we got there with our groceries. I had to empty two shelves to get our stuff in there.

Start with the good stuff. Location was awesome. Very close to beach and beautiful views out the back of unit. Sea Colony is a great place to stay. We did have some issues and I was a bit disappointed that they were not handled differently. Upon arrival we noticed the dishwasher was still full of dishes, the trundle bed that one of my kids was going to be sleeping on had dirty/used sheets on it and there were no towels in the kitchen for drying dishes and counter tops. When I notified the customer service number (unit is rented out via a management company) they replied immediately but only with an apology and no offer to come bring appropriate sized sheets for the bed or towels. We found cleaned sheets for the bed but they were queen size not twin but they did the job. Two of the bedrooms face the street and the windows are right next to a busy walking area so it was very loud. We actually ended up leaving a day early so kids could get some sleep.

The apartment is nice and clean. We had a good experience overall. It is however far to walk to center, and not super pleasant. The pictures hide that you see a big wall on the left when you walk out on the balcony. Two bedrooms face the street and the hallway, not very private.

What a beautiful location. Definitely a bit of a walk to the Ocean City Boardwalk but the beach access is right at the condo. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook if you want yet we just used the kitchen minimally. Breakfast and snacks at night and lunch out. There’s plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. Also there was a CVS across the street for any necessities that you might need. The condo is bright and clean. I do wish there was a broom available to do a quick sweep as it is a bit much to bring out the big vacuum each day. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo.

We had a great visit to this condo in Sea Colony. The place is as described/pictured, and was clean and didn't feel especially sandy or damp like beach places often do! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms clean. Air conditioning worked great and the unit felt quiet. The kitchen has mostly everything you could need, but felt kind of like the castoffs from a bunch of sources. That said, the only thing I couldn't find in the cabinets were wine glasses. The glass coffee table and dining table weren't ideal for our toddler but we made it work. Overall it was a nice location, relaxing spot, and beautiful view. We would come back.
