We would have given this house a 5 star review were it not for the stinkbugs. The house was perfect in so many ways, lots of space for two families, very comfortable and roomy common space, great kitchen and dining area. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was so well stocked, everything we needed. It was perfect for families with kids, so many board games, corn hole, books, even a toddler bed. Loved the state park and the Fairview Fun Farm. The fishing was great and the property had many tree swings, a canoe and kayaks. It was very clear that the internet service was lacking, so we were not surprised. Sadly, there were stinkbugs throughout the house, literally in two of the beds, the bathrooms, all over the loft, in the drapes, living room, kitchen. We spent a good hour and a half trying to eliminate them from our living space then just put up with them. Luckily we did not need the third floor, where there were so many. We hope that no stinkbugs hitched a ride home with us.

This beautiful river house was the perfect weekend getaway with our family. I can't say enough about this space. So much to do at the house. Tons of kayaks and tubes, games,pool table. We had the best time making memories and sharing laughs. there is also no service, which in my opinion was amazing. We had one hiccup when we arrived but everything was taken care of promptly by Miss Jennifer. Her and her house were fantastic. If you're on the fence with this house don't be. Worth every penny. We can't wait to come back!!! ❤️❤️

We loved this place for a little getaway on the river! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy a little time away and enjoy the river! Jennifer was an excellent host and responded very quickly with questions I had. My niece also left her doll there and Jennifer was able to find it and send it back home to her. The wifi isn't great as stated in the description, but I was actually expecting worse and was able to do most things I wanted to. I would definitely come back to this house with my family (5 kids and 4 adults) again!
