The location of this house is incredible!!! You literally walk out your backyard and you are on the best beach of the main island. The host did an amazing job communicating. The only negative was no air conditioning in the main living areas. This was communicated to us prior but we didn't realize how hot it was going to be. Regardless I would absolutely book this house again.

Matira Sandy Home is literal paradise! We had the most incredible stay here and are already counting down the months until we can come back here. The beachfront location right on gorgeous Matira beach is unbeatable and so ideal for beach days and sunset dinners. The property manager Atea was incredible and so helpful and responsive. She helped us find the house and get settled in and gave us so many great recommendations for the island. The pictures don’t even do the setting justice, this place is a serious dream come true and it feels like having your own private beach on one of the most gorgeous beaches on earth!

We loved every minute at Sandy! Incredibly relaxing setting and literally steps from the sand and water. House was immaculate and newly renovated. Atea was in regular communication with us and was excellent in her attention to our needs and interest. We will definitely return often to stay at Sandy.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beachfront house. Our kids enjoyed the snorkeling and kayaking right out front. We saw rays directly out front. The house is just as described. Photos are current and up to date. We enjoyed the views and easy access to the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store as well. Avis car rental is close. Internet worked great the entire time and we loved having a kitchen to cook some of our own meals. As others have mentioned it is close to the main road and you can hear some road noise from the moped, but as others have mentioned...that's everywhere in Bora. This house is situated great on the beach, seems like the only house with privacy yet directly on the beach. Shady and sunny at the same time which kept the house cool throughout the day. Would defiantly recommend this house. The host had great communication throughout our week long stay, arranged taxis and recommendations. Wonderful!
