Emplacement au top, logement parfait pour une famille de 4 ( et même 5) personnes! L’accueil par Tuane était vraiment agréable et est un plus! L’équipe est top, accueillante, aimable et disponible! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, le logement est bien équipé et idéalement situé! On recommande vivement!

Would help if there was signage. The taxi driver had trouble locating the BNB. Once there, however, we were in PARADISE! Absolutely perfect location on Matira Beach in wonderful accommodations. Absolute perfection! Would 100% recommend and stay again!

We love this place so much! This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back again. The hosts are so kind and friendly, & the location is perfect. They have added an outdoor shower and retaining wall since we were here last. You can snorkel right from the house, and see stingrays swimming right along the beach. Many places in FP on the water are not nice for swimming because it is shallow and muddy. The water here is so clear and you can swim (or walk) to Matira Point for snorkeling- or walk across the lagoon from the Point to the reef. The snorkeling on the side of the small motu there is spectacular, and you can find black tip reef sharks on the other side. Some things to note: getting down to the beach from the house would be tricky for someone with mobility issues because there are no steps; although it was fine for us. The upstairs bedroom railing is not “child safe” for very small children. Mine are 9, 12, and 15 so again, no issue. My kids beg to come here every year.

The place is nice, private and conveniently placed on the beautiful part of Matira, where the colour is the best. The house has a beachfront so you can directly go on the beach. It is very close to the public beach entry, so there will be other people around, but still the privacy is ok . Careful about the very strict checkout time. The caretaker knocked on our door 15 minutes before the agreed time and effectively walked over us in a very pushy manner. We didn't like this at all and we suggest a more friendly behaviour to future customers. We come for holidays not the daily military instruction.

We did a girls trip and this house & location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store and cooked most meals there. We also walked to the local restaurants (within 5 min) and had really great lunches and dinners. The snorkeling tour was only 2 doors down and was $100 per person - 6 hours, included goggles, fins and mask, lunch (made by the tour guides!) and 4 snorkeling locations. We swan with black tip sharks, sting-rays, mana-rays, and tons of colorful fish. We got to see 2 humpback wales and snorkel the coral reef. Lunch was absolutely amazing - we had grilled marlin, Poisson De Cue, mango pudding, coconut bread and potatoes. Best meal by far!! Owners were so sweet and assisted very quickly when needed. I loved the sunsets at night - truly gorgeous.
