David's place was wonderful! It was the perfect New England beach bungalow with updated amenities and cozy vibes. David was so flexible and responsive, even before our trip started. The location was perfect for antiquing in Essex and visiting cute restaurants, cafes and book stores in town! Would definitely stay again.

Cannot say enough about our stay. Start to finish David stayed in touch. The house was so very comfortable. Lovely town and lovely residents! The local Pub was fun and lively and everything including the beach was within walking distance. Will definitely be going back!

Beautiful home and neighborhood! We chose to stay here because of how close it was to Salem. The town is beautiful with multiple amazing restaurants and a coffee shop all within walking distance of the house. We took the train (located just a two min walk away from the house) into Salem daily which was quick, cheap, and easy! The house was very clean and was beautiful inside and out. Host was very responsive. Will be staying here again when we come back to Salem!

We decided last minute to book another trip to Salem for October. This meant we needed to look for spots in the surrounding area to stay. The value and location of David’s place was ideal. It was a super short and convenient walk to the train station for direct access to Salem and nearby towns. It was a remote work week for me. The accommodations were perfect with a quiet neighborhood, well-furnished apartment and reliable high speed internet. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was one of the best at exceeding expectations. The place was spotless and designed for a home away from home for guests new to the area. Some of the amenities were things we have in our own home. David’s communication was consistently helpful and timely, always one step ahead of our needs. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Manchester is a cute little town with great shops, cafes, and beautiful scenery, and a train stop that gets you around the region quickly and easily to explore.
