Great place for a weekend getaway. The air conditioner worked well. The bed is comfortable. The shower is nice with hot water. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. My only complaint would be the parking situation. There is more than enough space on the driveway and the street parking was limited.

Anastasia and Matt were good hosts and their lodging is in a very family/dog friendly neighborhood! We spent the majority of our time visiting family so we were really only here to sleep/shower and walk our dog.

We were delighted to find a home nearby to stay with our 85-lb senior dog while having work done at our house. It was a bit of a disappointment to have no grass or fenced area for her onsite for those middle of night potty breaks in the rain. The studio is comfortable and spacious with a wonderful shower. TV is a no-go --> no cable and inadequate wi-fi strength to load streaming apps. We agree with others that parking onsite would be a great amenity, as would a few more dishes (e.g. only one wine glass) in the kitchen. We saw quite a few ants in the kitchen as well. Overall, a fine accommodation that we would recommend for pet-owners.
