I was in town for a law conference at the Mayflower Hotel - but didn’t want to stay in the city. It took me 15-20 minutes to drive to the hotel all week, even with traffic. The accommodation was nice - it had off street parking. There is no elevator and it is on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms private, and the kitchen large. It was nice to have a kettle, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher. In-suite laundry also. There were a couple of fast food type places down the road and a corner store. Damon was quick to reply and was helpful. I would stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations, even had snacks & bottled water waiting for us. The walls were a little thin but other than that 10/10 would book again.

This condo is a gem! It is bright, roomy, and clean. Damon thoughtfully and generously provided all the comforts of home, from shampoo to bottled water to snacks and so much more. The beds are wonderful (and I’m picky!) We brought our own coffee and preferred it to the wide selection of Keurig pods that Damon provided, so we asked if he had a regular coffee maker (there were filters in the cabinet). His response was immediate; he said he would bring us one in 20 minutes!!! We highly recommend Damon’s condo and will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Very nice to have toiletries, coffee snacks, water and paper products! Very convenient to airport and downtown. Comfortable beds and lots of space.

Damon’s place was neat and clean. It was quite comfortable for 3 of us and not far from the colleges we visited.Parking is available right on the property.Everything was in good and in working condition at the apartment. We met Damon once and he is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend his listing if you planning to visit DC or vicinity.
