The apartments Los Picos de Europa are located in the middle of nature, at the foot of the National Park, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes. Located in the Valley of Liébana (Cantabria), 9 kilometers from Potes, are new, spacious, bright and welcoming. They all have an independent entrance and a fireplace. Around them are 12,000 square meters in which you can enjoy incredible views of the Picos de Europa. They have private parking and electric car outlet. Duplex of 45 square meters, with an open bedroom on the upper floor. When you enter you will be surprised by the spaciousness of the living-dining room-kitchen, which has a fireplace, flat screen TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. From its balcony you can enjoy the view of the garden that is on the main façade of the building, also the views of the village of Colio, Peña Sagra and Peña Ventosa. The living room has a comfortable sofa. Also with a dining table. On the upper floor there is the bedroom, spacious and bright. It has a desk and plugs with USB sockets so that you can charge all your electronic devices. On the upper floor you have a large, independent bathroom with shower, which will surprise you with its elegance. Outside the flat, at the entrance door, you have benches from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Picos de Europa National Park. You also have, for the exclusive use of the clients of our complex, a large meadow of 12,000 square meters surrounded by an exceptional landscape: Picos de Europa, Peña Ventosa, Peña Sagra and the Sierra de Colio. The most important thing, as in all the flats of our complex, is the place: in the middle of nature, at the foot of the National Park, which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, surrounded by a silence only broken by the sounds of animals. The entrance, as in all the flats in our complex, is independent.

Such a beautiful area in the mountains, we loved being in the peace. So many great walks and villages nearby, and great recommendations from the host. We were so happy that we asked to stay another night, and this was made possible to our delight. The apartment itself is lovely with a cosy layout that made us feel right at home. Everything was very orderly and well placed with no clutter.
La verdad que no hemos podido quedar más contentos y satisfechos con nuestra estancia y de poder disfrutar del paraíso donde se encuentran ubicados los apartamentos. Desde el minuto 1 desde que realizamos la reserva, Darío nos brindo toda la información necesaria para no tener ningún problema para encontrar los apartamentos, además nos aportó información sobre la zona. La encargada de recibirnos fue Luisa, para la que solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por su amabilidad, flexibilidad y por hacernos sentirnos como en casa desde nuestra llegada. Con personas como ella, nada puede ir mal y si encima nos recomienda sitios de la zona para comer y nos explica las rutas de los Picos de Europa como si de una guía turística se tratase... que más podemos pedir? Trato exquisito por su parte. Nuestro apartamento estaba muy limpio y era acogedor, los alrededores espaciosos y muy limpios. La zona de parking también es perfecta y está habilitada para cargar vehículos eléctricos. Volveremos!
La casa es preciosa, nueva y súper bien cuidada. En un entorno privilegiado. Tanto el anfitrión como la chica que nos atendió a nuestra llegada encantadores. Nos dieron indicaciones claras para llegar y siempre listos para ayudar. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Repetiremos sin duda

Great place, in a beautiful location. Dario was very helpful, both online and in person. He even sent a video via WhatsApp with directions showing how to find the turn-off to the apartments and parking, which I should have watched before heading into the mountains because I missed the turn initially. My cellular data was a little spotty in the mountains, but it's good to unplug sometimes, right? The apartments are at the foot of a beautiful mountain range, and we hiked to the top and had a picnic with beautiful views. We hope to be back again some day!

En 1981 fundé la revista y editorial Desnivel y, desde entonces, he estado dedicado a la difusión de los deportes de montaña. Como fotógrafo y periodista he visitado muchos países y he recorrido casi toda España. En este rincón del Valle de Liébana, a los pies de los Picos de Europa, he encontrado un lugar que considero único por la naturaleza, el paisaje, la tranquilidad.. . Un lugar que quiero compartir con los huéspedes que nos visiten.
