Michael was very responsive and flexible with the late arrival. The unit was in pristine condition, and very well furnished. I loved how everything was thoughtfully labeled, which coupled with clear instructions didn’t require me to make any guesses on navigating my way through the provisions or light switches. All the necessities were provided with and the unit was very well equipped. Definitely much better than staying at the hotels as I felt very much at home. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Fernley. As soon as we walked into Michael's beautiful guesthouse, we felt right at home. The Guesthouse was clean and welcoming. The amenities were as described and there were even some extra goodies left for us. They thought of everything! We would love to stay here next time we come to Fernley.

Very clean, inviting, and comfortable suite with a private entrance and lots of extras and goodies. The homeowner really goes the extra mile and it shows. Totally hands-off check-in and check-out process. Really as good as it gets for Airbnb.

Home away from home in a quiet neighborhood. Michael's place was stocked with everything you could ever need and more. The wine, snacks and bathroom goodies are a great touch! They go the extra mile to make sure their guests are comfortable and feel welcome. We had a great stay and will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks again!
