This is an Upstairs Bedroom; there’s another bedroom across the hall. Both have a Queen Bed, TV with cable. Booked separately. Closet space is minimal. There’s a dresser. Hall bathroom is shared, and only private if no guests occupy 2nd bedroom. Mini-split A/C units are in both rooms. Just TURN IT OFF when out of the room for more than an hour. No animals allowed. Long term rental is available. Big house, but please be respectful of other guests and host. Keep noise, TV volume, and closing of doors at reasonable levels. No obnoxious partiers, slamming doors, keeping others awake.
