Martin, We want to thank you for a week of R&R, fun and a great time. The house is well laid out. It was a plus to have so many comfortable sofa’s and chairs for us all to spread out. Nice large dining room table for us all to enjoy our meals. Kitchen was nice to make our meals. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles behind the locked gate. But the highlights for us is, the lake, the view, the dock and the fence around the property and dock. We would be interested in a return visit in the future. Thanks again. Jeff

Very clean and very well kept, but it's still a home on Clearlake that is probably seventy five years old. The home was very clean and did have a beautiful view of the lake. But the home is also located on a very busy and noisy highway. The master shower is smaller than the shower in most RV / Fifth wheel trailers. Also, if you're bringing your boat and planning to use the slip/hoist that is in the pictures. It's not available. You are limited to keeping your boat in the water on the side of their dock and it's open to the swell from a north wind. In the pictures there is a fence to block the wind, but that fence is gone now. Our boat sustained damage from the the overnight winds.

Great AC system to keep the house in comfortable temperature. Like using the kayaks. Like the ping pong/air hockey table in the garage.
