This is a beautiful summer home. It’s quiet, just hear the lapping of the lake and bird singing. It has a chef’s kitchen so if you like to cook or just hang out in the kitchen, kids going back-and-forth, it’s perfect. Beautiful views of the lake and Mount Konocti to sunset. The beds were very comfortable, and it has a fabulous shower!

beatiful view . house was impressive . found out within a week of trip that hot tub and boat dock were having issues. host offered a late check out for compensation. wasnt an ideal situation but better then trying to find another place last min. in the end family had a blast.

The good. Great house, great backyard and access to lake. 5+ stars. Located in a trailer park area, but never had any issues with any of the neighbors. There is one neighbor on the side property, but he never bothered us. House has all the things you need. Surround sound for those that are into that. High tech lighting in house. Nicely rennovated and comfortably fit my 3 adults and 5 kids. House has a nice deck and nice boat launch. 5*. The bad. Day before I asked if i could check in early. But was told standard check in was 3pm, which I was okay with. I communicated that i expected the house to be clean eventhough it was a last minute booking. Matt confirm house would be ready. I showed up at 3pm and cleaner was still doing laundry. House not swept. I waited until 4:30 before i could really use house. Linens in dryer. House not swept. Cleaning was on my time. Wife ended vacuuming. Unannounced, the hot tub maintenance guy showed up and asked us to get out of tub. We didnt use after.
