It was wonderful to stay at Rich’s place and get to know him. The house had everything we needed and more. The space is huge, and had plenty of room for our party of seven. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor shower is worth the money alone! Centrally located between the springs, World Equestrian Center, and beaches, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. Hope to stay again and chat with Rich in the future!

Lovely farm house. Our kids loved the house, the backyard deck and the fire pit. The house was comfortable and ample. Bedrooms were neat and comfortable as well. We used the grill to cook some cheeseburgers and we made s'mores using supplies provided by Rich and Nancy. A/C - Heater worked well. Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you!
