Loved this place! Was worried about the drive in as I read other reviews, but it ended up being great! I have a 2 wheel drive sedan and managed just fine! Hosts were absolutely phenomenal & so helpful. Would definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our two nights at Wander Camp. The tents were nice and the bed was comfortable. It was 30 degrees each night so we rented a heater. The bathroom facilities were a bit of a hike and a little more rustic then I was planning on. The lighted paths were cute and helpful in the dark. We would certainly stay here again!

While driving in we were caught in a hail storm. Thankfully our rental made it being an suv but we almost got stuck twice in flooded ditches leading to the campsite. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host and assigned to our tent. The tent areas did not look like the pictures provided. On site there are 3 restrooms but only 1 was working at the time which was far from our tent. At night the site is not well lit and can be tricky to navigate. Because of the wild animals at night and not enough lighting I would bring supplies to use restroom.

Doorbell more off-road than you’d expect. If you plan on driving a 2wd car, I highly suggest doing so in the daylight. Gets much more difficult to navigate the “mini Grand Canyon” at night. Completely off grid, and beautiful skies. Recommend you bring camping equipment and clothing to stay warm as Bonfires wing always be allowed. Take the advice from the personnel working there, and doing leave food out. Those coyotes get real loud and you don’t wanna give em a reason to poke around your tent.
