曼彻斯特 · 整套民居 · 4室5床1.0卫 · 可住8人 · The Judge’s House
This house belonged to Judge House and remained with his family for many years. We are located across from the Clay County Middle School. This has four bedrooms, one full bathroom, WiFi, television and more. Plenty of parking, garbage pickup and we do have a laundry room. We do provide bedding essentials as well as towels, washcloths, etc. Located in the beautiful Daniel Boone National Forest, the Judge’s House is located in downtown Manchester. This house is across from the Muskie fishing capital in the Goose Creek River. A short walk to the Rawlings and Stinson City park that offers a walking track, a river view track & 3 playground structures, 3 miles from the historic Beech Creek Cemetery, the final resting place of former Kentucky Governor and Clay County native Bert T. Combs. Manchester is also the land of the swinging bridges, a trail town and a hidden treasure in itself. We are 45 or so minutes from Laurel Lake, an hour or so from one of the seven wonders of the world in the moon bow at Cumberland Falls and Lake Cumberland.
The water heater was broken as well as the center air heater. We did get a refund for a duplicate cleaning fee but we would have only had one cleaning fee if we originally booked the room for two days. We had 5 guys trying to get ready for a funeral and no hot water to shower with. For the size of the house, the price was not too bad.
Located near the Goose Creek River as well as Rawlings and Stinson park. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Very large parking area in the back of the house
